Nestled just off the motorway, Educare Kaiapoi makes mornings a breeze. Whether you’re on your way to Christchurch or coming from Woodend, Pegasus, Rangiora, or Ravenswood, we provide a calm and relaxed start to the day.
Surrounded by beautiful nature, our tamariki (children) arrive and smoothly transition into their day with the help of our caring kaiako (teachers), who create a friendly and familiar childcare environment.
At our early childhood centre, there’s no shortage of room for fun and adventure! Tamariki love racing to the bike track, jumping into the sandpit, and exploring the big playground, where they can run, build, and let their imaginations soar.
We make messy play, water activities, carpentry, and arts and crafts a big part of our daily routine, with plenty of exciting resources to spark curiosity. Plus, our regular outings, like trips to the Kaiapoi Library, help connect tamariki to their community.
Meals are a highlight of the day at Educare Kaiapoi. With a nutritionist on-site, we serve up delicious, home-cooked meals and fresh-baked treats each day.
Our passionate kaiako provide continuity and support, ensuring whānau (families) stay connected to their child’s experiences. With our fun daily school-readiness programme and visits to local schools, tamariki feel excited for the next big step in their journey.
