Coastal days and family support

At Educare One Tree Point, we understand the importance of a nurturing and cheerful childcare environment for your little ones. Our seaside early childhood centre, located near Marsden Point and Ruakākā, is designed with whānau in mind.

We are conveniently situated for those working locally and newcomers to our growing coastal community. Our walls are filled with vibrant children’s artwork, and our friendly kaiako (teachers) are always here to greet you with open arms.

We truly value whanaungatanga (relationships) and aim to create a warm atmosphere where both tamariki and their whānau feel embraced and supported.

We know family life can be busy and unpredictable, which is why we offer flexibility at Educare One Tree Point. You can adjust attendance days or add extra days as your life changes, ensuring your needs are always met.

Fresh air all around

With outdoor spaces wrapping around the building, tamariki have plenty of room to explore, play and build friendships in a safe, welcoming environment. The seaside feel flows through our centre, with sunlit areas and a café right next door, perfect for grabbing a coffee or treat on your way out.

We enjoy having strong connections to our local community here at One Tree Point, and being able to get out and explore our community on centre excursions fostering a sense of belonging for our tamariki and whanau.

Confidence through play

Understanding that each child’s journey is unique, our Discovery Room offers a special space for four-year-olds to build their confidence and independence as they prepare for school through play. Our caring kaiako encourage tamariki to ask questions, share their ideas, and form meaningful relationships.

We strive to create a calm and supportive children’s centre where tamariki feel valued, capable, and excited to learn. At Educare One Tree Point, we’re here to support your child every step of the way.
